WANTED! Volunteers!

volunteers_2The Volunteer Program is a valued extension of the  Convention & Visitors Bureau. Our purpose is to promote Buchanan County and attract meeting, convention, and tourism business.

St. Joseph has a lot to offer, and we work very hard to "sell" our destination as a great place to visit.

Would you like to help? We need...

Office Helpers
These volunteers perform a variety of tasks, making sure vital details are covered for the CVB.  Areas of volunteering include brochure handling, computer entry, and goodie bag stuffing.

Trade Show Representatives
These volunteers tell others about St. Joseph at trade and travel shows throughout the region.  Trade Show representatives enjoy talking to people, passing out brochures and giveaways, and occasional travel.  Areas of volunteering include travel and tradeshows, sport and leisure shows,  local festivals and event booths.

Greeters
These volunteers make the first impression when a visitor arrives in St. Joseph. They make that  lasting impression with a friendly smile, a wave of the hand, and a welcoming voice.  Areas of volunteering include motor coach greeters, convention hospitality tables, and registration booths.
