A lighted in-line skating rink compliments this complex complete with a scoreboard. The Skate Park was a new addition to the complex in 2002. The park is located on the north side of Bode Ice Arena. The Skate Park has numerous grinding rails as well as a half-pipe and ramps.

Hyde Park is focused as 93 acre active use park with a swimming pool, skate park, six lighted ball fields, three lighted tennis courts, basketball court, horseshoe courts, two concession stands, paved walking trail, playground area, and restrooms.  The ball fields vary in size, accommodating many skill levels, and also feature appropriate seating.  The pool facility features a pool house and was renovated in 2005.  For less active use, there are four shelters, one set as an alternate use bandstand, and a gazebo surrounded by tables, grills, and shade trees.  This area is the most popular for family and company gatherings from early spring through late fall.  The varied terrain lends itself to some exciting sledding during the snowy winter.
