Civic Arena office hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday thru Friday.

The dynamic, versatile design of the Civic Arena includes flexible seating capabilities that enable us to accommodate any type of event. Seating for up to 4,200 or as much as 19,000 square feet of unobstructed exhibit space or performing surface along with seating for 2,300. Superb acoustics and lighting plus a clear view of activities from all locations.Modular walls within meeting room complex allow arrangements for groups of 25 up to 300. These spacious rooms are ideal for seminars, banquets, private meetings and receptions.Access to the building is excellent for exhibitors, performers and audiences. Facilities are completely equipped for and easily accessible to the handicapped. The Arena is also a Ticketmaster Outlet.

Missouri Western State University offers state-of-the-art technology and facilities at a fraction of the cost of other facilities. From "smart" classrooms offering the latest audio and visual equipment to the arena, there are rooms to accommodate groups from 20 to 4,500.

The Fulkerson Center (pictured) is a ballroom with a maximum of 500 that can be divided into three rooms. Additional scheduling options include: the fine arts theatre (465), recital hall (200), conference rooms (40-150), gymnasium (400), swimming pool and fitness center. Western also offers a variety of housing facilities - suite or apartment style.

Many attractive and spacious outdoor locations are available which make ideal locations for informal meetings and receptions. Outdoor locations include picnic grounds, walking trails and barbecue areas.

In addition, Western offers professional event planning and management services. Such services include: marketing and promotional materials development, catering, customized room set-ups, event management, audio/visual aid, and much more.
