The M.O. Looney Building on the campus of Missouri Western State University houses the Missouri Western Athletics Fieldhouse. This facility is home to the NCAA Division II Griffon Volleyball and Basketball teams. The facility houses an air-conditioned arena and practice gymnasium under one roof. This design allows for as many as 6 full-court basketball or volleyball areas, dependant upon seating requirements. The building also is home to 4 racquetball courts, a 6-lane (25-yard) indoor pool, and 4 lighted outdoor tennis courts. The Fieldhouse amenities include numerous locker rooms, multiple restrooms, concession areas, scoreboards, athletic training room, media areas, breakout rooms, public address system, air-conditioned seating for 3,750, and much more!

The contemporary design of the Civic Arena includes flexible seating that accommodates any type of event. With superb acoustics and lighting plus a clear view of activities from all locations, it can honestly be said, "There's not a bad seat in the house." The arena is home to an air-conditioned state-of-the-art basketball floor with seating for 2,300 people. The facility offers a complete sporting venue, complete with multiple restrooms and concession areas, scoreboards, breakout rooms, and media areas.
